I have lived in the Chattanooga area 37 years and have a good knowledge of the housing market.  My qualifications and affiliations include, member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), and the local Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR).  I currently hold both a Residential and Commercial license in Real Estate, participate in an international Relocation/Referral Network, and have consistently been a member of the Multimillion Dollar Club.  In 2004, I had the distinct honor of being one of the top 100 "Top Producer" agents in the Greater Chattanooga Area.  In 2006, I was "Top Listing Agent" and "Top Sales Agent" for The James Company Real Estate Brokers And Development.  I had 72 transactions close in 2006 and was named "Agent Of The Year" by The James Company Real Estate Brokers And Development.  I am straightforward and dedicated and I have the knowledge to make your real estate transaction a smooth one.
