Brenda is a native of
Chattanooga and received a B.S. degree from The University of Tennessee at
Chattanooga in 1983. She is also a 1993 graduate of Leadership Chattanooga and a 2006 graduate of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors® Leadership CAR program. Brenda is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR) and the Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designation, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Tennessee Association of Realtors®, the Chattanooga Association of Realtors®, and the River Counties Association of Realtors®. She is licensed to sell in
Tennessee and
Georgia and specializes in Residential, Commercial and multi-family sales. She especially enjoys serving relocating families to our region and is excited about the arrival of Volkswagen and its’ many suppliers.
Brenda is currently serving as the chairperson for the Chattanooga Association of Realtors® Community Outreach Program. She stays active in the community and is presently a member of The Judge David Campbell Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and is a sustainer member of The Junior League of Chattanooga and has served on the Executive Board of the
University of
Tennessee at
Chattanooga’s Alumni Board. She is a past member of the
University of
Tennessee National Alumni Association’s Executive Committee and the UTNAA Board of Governors.
With over 20 years of previous corporate experience, Brenda has managed customer service functions for two of Chattanooga’s largest employers, McKee Foods Corporation (makers of Little
Debbie Snacks®) and Provident Companies, Inc. (now Unum), North America’s largest disability insurance carrier. From 1998-2000, she served as Director of the
Southeast
Career
Center, developing a leading-edge, state and federal service strategy promoting workforce development. She gained much international experience hosting site visits from dignitaries such as
Germany’s Federal Institute of Labour . She brings this wealth of combined experiences into her real estate business offering the highest levels of client services and paying attention to details. The many networking relationships that she gained now assist her in helping trailing spouses who relocate to our region.
