Carolyn Packard Limerick

Born and raised in Troy, Michigan, north of Detroit, I grew up in a fox hunting family, riding horses over many miles of farm country.  I admired the old majestic farms and unique architecture of the homes around the Great Lakes since I was very young.  I attended college in Staunton, Virginia, Monterey, California while living in Pebble Beach, and graduated in Michigan with a business degree. 

I came to Chattanooga to further my equine studies, making my home on Lookout Mountain and working at the base of Elder Mountain.  Having owned real estate in Michigan, Florida, and Tennessee, I decided to stay in Chattanooga because of its beauty and quaint uniqueness, surrounded by alluring mountains and the Tennessee River running through its midst.  Chattanooga truly has the 4 seasons, something for everyone.  Its' centralized location from an equestrians stand, makes Nashville, Atlanta and Knoxville just a stones throw away. 

Twenty years happily married, I have two children who attend the Baylor School.  We still have the horses in the back yard as well as the cats and dogs, where we reside on Signal Mountain.  We like the small cozy family community with all the amenities of big city life (as we know it), just a short drive away. 

I know all the ins and outs of land, residential and commercial real estate of the surrounding areas of Chattanooga and north Georgia.  I am a professional in the real estate industry and will not stop until the transaction is closed.  I look forward to meeting and working with you.
