Chattanooga has been my home since moving here from my hometown of Sparta , TN.   Real Estate has been my full-time profession for 9 years. I am not only an agent but am also an investor in real estate.   

            Real Estate Experience:

• Execute many times the total real estate process including the development of raw land, the renovation of homes, and the transactions of commercial property.    Marketing properties all over the U.S.  I have a real passion for the real estate business.  Purchasing property is a major investment and should be treated as though it were their own.   I am a professional that is active and aggressive on behalf of buyers and sellers.   Attention to detail and a stress free experience is what you get with me.        
• Prepared real estate closing documents, including title searches.  I worked at a Real Estate Title Company so I am familiar with all stages of the closing process.

B.S. in Finance and MBA from Tennessee Technological University.  Real estate license in Tennessee and Georgia .
